Desktop Shortcut

For Sign In/Out Managers, we highly recommend having this bookmark saved to their computer's desktop so they can open WhosOnLocation in a few simple clicks at the very start of the day.

We would also recommend this option for your Sign In/Out Kiosk. Kiosk devices are usually only ever used for the Sign In/Out Kiosk so you can save the WhosOnLocation login page as the browser's homepage as well as have a shortcut on the desktop for even faster access to WhosOnLocation.

Creating a Shortcut on the Desktop

Creating a desktop shortcut is as easy as click and dragging your bookmark from the browser onto the desktop.

First, you will need to make the browser less than full screen so that you can see the desktop, then you can click and drag the shortcut onto the desktop.
