Labels printing small when using Internet Explorer

If you're using Internet Explorer to print your labels but they're printing too small, check the printer settings to make sure it's been set up correctly.

Sometimes if labels are printing too small, the printer properties and printer preference settings might not match. You need to check that you've set up labels to print using 300x300 DPI in both places.

Support for Internet Explorer will end on 31 August 2021. Please switch to a supported browser before this date.
