Note Settings

Learn how to configure Note Settings. You must have the Service Provider Administrator user role assigned to access 'Notes Settings'.

About Note Types

Often you will need to keep notes about your contractors, vendors, and suppliers that can be referred to later on.

To make it easier to search your Notes you must assign a 'Note Type' to every Note. We provide several pre-set Types to get you started; all of which you are free to use, remove, or edit. You can also add your own.

Accessing Note Settings

Go to Tools > Service Provider Manager > Note Settings

Organization Note Types vs Member Note Types

It is natural that Organization Note Types and Member Note Types would be different. The former is a note against an entity, whilst the latter is a note against an individual person.

You can therefore customize separate Note Types for organizations and members.

Adding New Note Types

To edit or remove, or add a new organization level 'Note Type' simply select the Organization Note Type tab. Make your amendments and Save.

To edit or remove, or add a new member level 'Note Type' simply select the Members Note Type tab. Make your amendments and Save.
