Update the MeadCo ScriptX plugin

Learn how to update the MeadCo ScriptX plugin used for printing badge passes with Internet Explorer.

MeadCo ScriptX is a tool that enables badge passes to be automatically printed from WhosOnLocation without needing to select a printer each time they print a badge.

MeadCo ScriptX is required to be installed on the receptionists’ PC if they are printing passes from a printer installed on their PC. It is also required on Windows kiosks if that kiosk is printing passes.

If you are running an outdated version of the MeadCo ScriptX plugin, you may need to update this to continue printing normally.

Support for Internet Explorer will end on 17 August 2021. Please switch to a supported browser before this date. This tool is not required with other browsers.
