Give WhosOnLocation Support access to your account

Learn how to give the WhosOnLocation Support team access to your account so they can help you resolve any issues while responding to your request.

How the support process works

If you have a problem while using WhosOnLocation:

  1. Check the Help Center to see if there is a topic or article that addresses your question.
  2. If you can't find the answer, click Submit a Request to contact the Support team.
  3. Enter your email address, select a topic, then enter a subject and description of the issue. Click Submit
  4. You will automatically receive an email acknowledging your request. We aim to respond within an hour.
  5. As part of our investigation into your issue, we may need access to your account. You can grant access to them any time. During the time you have approved access, they will have access to your account functions and data to help resolve any issues.

If we need to log into the application, we will always ask you or another of your users to grant login access.

Grant support access

  1. Log in to WhosOnLocation.
  2. Go to Help > Grant Support Access.
  3. Read the terms and conditions, then click Grant Access Now.
  4. The Grant Support Access window will display the date and time access was granted. Click Close.

Granting access does not mean that a WhosOnLocation customer support team member will contact you to determine if you have an issue. You still need to raise a request

Revoke support access

  1. Go to Help > Grant Support Access.
  2. Click Revoke Access.
WhosOnLocation Support will never ask for your password, either via phone or email. If you receive any email requests for your password from a source pretending to be from WhosOnLocation, please report via email to trust@whosonlocation.com.
