If you get an error message while trying to print, try enabling advanced printing in your badge pass settings to resolve the issue.
If the following message appears while you're trying to print, you need to enable advanced printing. Advanced printing allows for automated printing using Internet Explorer.
Enable advanced printing
- Go to Locations, then select the location from the drop-down list.
- Select Badge Passes from the menu on the left.
- Select View next to the label badge.
- Select Yes next to Enable Advanced Printing.
- Click Save.
If your problem persists and you have a Windows kiosk (PC or tablet), please uninstall, then install Meadco ScriptX again.
