Fix unknown activation key issue

If you receive an Unknown Activation Key error message while activating your login, you'll need to reset your password to fix the issue. It's likely that you did not create a password when activating your account.  

To reset your password:

  1. Go to https://login.whosonlocation.com
  2. Click Forgotten your password? 
  3. Enter your email address, then click Send Link
  4. Click the link in the email to reset your password.
