Manually invite your learners to complete an induction course

Learn how to manually invite employees and contractors to take your online induction course.

About induction invites

You can send your employees and contractors eLearning course invitations by email or SMS. The Induction Manager for your organization chooses which method to send first.

Once an eLearning course has been created, course invitations can be sent automatically or manually from three areas in OnLocation:

  • Induction Manager
  • Contractor Manager
  • Employees

The invite contains the name of the course, a unique link to the course, and the name of the contact person. You can't change the contents of the email or SMS.
