Step 8: Displaying your Sign In/Out Custom Questionnaires

In this article you will learn how to add your Custom Questionnaires to the sign-in and out process at a Kiosk. You must have the Administrator user role to access the kiosk settings and functions.

When setting up Custom Questions under the Questionnaire Manager you may have created questions for visitors, employees, and/or Service Providers. Those questions may have been targeted to be displayed when the person signs in or out.

At the kiosk level here you are deciding which of those questions will be included on that specific kiosk.

You may have multiple questions setup as per my example below but you may also only have one.

To include a questionnaire at the kiosk simply select the Yes button.

In the example below we have multiple questionnaires setup but only two (circled in red) are being added to this kiosk.
