Once you have created a sign in/out kiosk account in WhosOnLocation, you then need to enable this on your kiosk device for people to start signing in and out of your location.
The method of enabling depends if you are using an iPad or Windows-based kiosk device.
Kiosk account credentials
These are created during the set up of your kiosk account in WhosOnLocation in the kiosk Settings tab. The kiosk credentials refer to the kiosk email, password, and PIN.

Enable a kiosk on Windows
Enabling a sign in/out kiosk account on a Windows-based kiosk device, e.g. a computer, Surface Pro, tablet, etc, is the same as signing into the desktop application but instead of using your email address, use the kiosk email address.
- Open your browser.
- Go to https://login.whosonlocation.com/
- Enter the Kiosk Email Address.
- Enter the Kiosk Password.
- Click Log In.

Enable a kiosk on iPad
First, you need to download the WolKiosk app from the App Store. WolKiosk is a native app developed to enable your Kiosk account on iPad to work with printing and all Kiosk functions.
Once you have downloaded WolKiosk:
- Open the WolKiosk app.
- Enter the Kiosk Email Address.
- Enter the Kiosk Password.
- Click Log In.
Your kiosk will be enabled and can be used to Sign In and Out. See this Helpdesk article for information on setting up printing:
Log out of a kiosk
To log out of your kiosk, or access any settings, you will need the Kiosk PIN:
- Select the Kiosk Menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Log Out.
- Enter the Kiosk PIN.
- Click Confirm.
You will be taken back to the login page where you can log into the kiosk account or your own account.
