Update your Welcome Greeting to reflect your rules of entry

Change your ‘Welcome Greeting’, the last step in the visitor sign-in process, to include your updated visitor policy. For example, you might create a Pandemic Visitor Policy Greeting during the period of the crisis event. 

Pandemic Visitor Policy Greeting example: 
IMPORTANT NOTICE (COVID-19)
In order to protect our visitors, contractors, suppliers, and employees, effective immediately, the following visitor restrictions are in place at all of our offices, call-centers, and logistics facilities:

1: All visitors, contractors, suppliers, and employees who have returned from overseas travel in the last 14 days are prohibited from entering this facility.

2:
If the above does not apply to you AND you are entering our production areas during this visit, you are required to wear a mask, gloves, and hairnet at all times (these will be provided to you)

3:
Anyone refusing this requirement will not be allowed entry.

Create a Pandemic Centric Welcome Greeting

Quick step by step

To add or update your Welcome Greeting on a kiosk:

  1. Go to Tools > Locations.
  2. Click View next to your location.
  3. Select Welcome Greetings from the left-hand menu. By default, the Standard Greeting tab is displayed.
  4. Click either the Greeting 1 tab, Greeting 2 tab, or the Greeting 3 tab (as long as it is not used today). If you already have all 3 greetings in use then update your Standard Greeting until the crisis is over.
  5. Give your new greeting a name. For example: ‘Pandemic Visitor Policy Greeting'.
  6. Add your new pandemic centric visitor greeting.
  7. Select Save and Close.
  8. Select Sign in/Out Kiosks from the left-hand menu
  9. Click View next to your Kiosk.
  10. Select the Mode tab and scroll down to the Visitor Greeting option and select the greeting you just created.
  11. Select Save and Close.

Your kiosk will automatically display your new, or updated, Pandemic centric Welcome Greeting the very next time a visitor signs into your location using the kiosk.

Note: If you have multiple locations you want to deploy the Pandemic Visitor Policy Greeting to, you will need to repeat the process above for each kiosk, and each location.
