Notify pre-registered visitors of your new visitor screening process

During a pandemic event, we recommend that all visitors are pre-registered and are issued with a location-specific WolPass. 

A WolPass is similar to a mobile boarding pass for an airline ticket. It is sent straight to the visitor's email and includes details of their visit. It also includes a QR and/or Barcode that the visitor can use to scan into the location at a kiosk.


Update WolPass arrival instructions

  1. Go to Tools > WolPass Management.
  2. Click View next to your location.
  3. Select the Instruction on Arrival tab.
  4. Enable the option by selecting the checkbox titled: "Include the following 'visitor arrival' instructions with WolPass Email"
  5. Enter or update the instructions in the text box.
  6. Select Preview to see an on-screen preview of your new WolPass messaging.
  7. Select Save and Close.

Your WolPass will automatically update and appear in every pre-registered visitor WolPass thereafter.

If you have multiple locations you want to deploy the updated WolPass Instructions on Arrival to, you will need to repeat the process above for each location.
