Book when you'll be on-site with OnLocation Mobile

Learn how to make a booking with OnLocation Mobile. The options and settings you will see have been set up by your organization's administrator. 

How it works

Use scheduling in OnLocation Mobile to book when you'll be working on-site, and choose a workspace. This article assumes that your organization has enabled two add-ons:

If your organization has not enabled Desks and Spaces, you won't be able to select a workspace when confirming your schedule. 

Once you've made a booking, you'll receive a notification the day before reminding you of your booking. 

You must use iOS 1.3.0 or Android 1.4.2 (or more recent) to start making bookings.

Make a booking

Single booking

  1. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner.

  3. Tap on a day on the calendar.

  4. Select the location, use the switch to book for either all or part of a day, then tap Create booking.

  5. Select the zone you'll be working in, then tap Confirm. The number of available spaces displays next to the zone group name.

  6. Choose the workspace, then tap Confirm workspace.

  7. Check that the booking details are correct:

    Tap Edit if you need to change anything.
    Tap Book again to create another booking for the same day.
    Tap Done to return to My Schedule.

Multiple bookings

  1. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner.

  3. Tap the list icon in the top right corner.

  4. Select the dates, then tap Confirm.

  5. Select the location and duration of the booking, then tap Create booking.

  6. Select the zone you'll be working in, then tap Confirm. The number of available spaces displays next to the zone group name.

  7. Choose the workspace, then tap Confirm workspace. You'll be booked into the same workspace for each scheduled day.

  8. Check that the booking details are correct:

    Tap Edit if you need to change anything.
    Tap Book again to create another booking for the same day.
    Tap Done to return to My Schedule.

Manage your bookings

Edit a booking

  1. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner.

  3. Tap on the booking you'd like to update.

  4. Tap Edit next to the details you'd like to change.

  5. Update the zone and workspace, then click Confirm.

Delete a booking

  1. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner.

  3. Tap on the booking you'd like to update.

  4. Tap Delete to cancel the booking.
