Set up the Desks and Spaces add-on

The Desks and Spaces add-on is currently an open beta. It is free to use until 5 June 2022.

About desks and spaces

The Desks and Spaces add-on is used to create bookable spaces within zones. You need the Account Owner user role to enable it. 

Once enabled, your employees can book a workspace when signing in, or with employee scheduling, they can book a space in advance using OnLocation Mobile. 

Once the beta period ends, there is an additional cost for using the Desks and Spaces add-on. You're charged for each location and the price is based on the size of your existing subscription. Visit the website for details.

Enable the add-on

  1. Go to Tools > Account.
  2. Select Add-on Management from the left-hand menu.
  3. Select Yes next to Desks and Spaces.

  4. Select the locations to enable scheduling for, choose either All or Selected then select the locations.
  5. Choose if you'd like to enable OnLocation Mobile and the Employee Scheduling add-on.

  6. Click Save.
  7. Click Save on the Add On Management screen.
