If you sign in visitors using Sign In/Out Manager, set up your web browser so it can capture photos. You need access to your computer's settings to set this up.
Photo capture is a great way to give added security to employees, contractors, and visitors signing in to your location. Before your computer will take photos, you will need to allow your browser to access the web camera.
Before you start
Before you can set up your browser, check that:
- Photo capture has been enabled for the location
- There is a web camera installed on the computer
Set up the camera
- Go to Tools > Sign In/Out Manager.
- Click Visitor Sign In.
- When your browser prompts you, click Allow. The interface will vary depending on the browser you are using.
