Managing your contractors’ contracts in OnLocation makes it easy to get visibility over current, expiring, and historical contracts. It’s important to ensure that everyone who is coming to your location is currently contracted to do so. It is also important to be proactive when contracts are coming to an end and to ensure no disruption of business.
Group similar contracts using their contract type, send expiry notification emails to relevant users when contracts are coming to an end, track the specific details, upload documents for organizations’ contracts, and view a report of your contractor organization's contracts.
