If you have an issue while using OnLocation Mobile, you can contact your organization or the MRI OnLocation support team direct from the app.
Contact your organization
Your organization has a designated contact person or email address set up to receive queries sent through the app. The types of questions you might like to raise with your organization include:
- Getting access to a location
- How your name or details display in the app
- Issues with the app activation code
- Sign-in questions
- Induction course queries
To contact your organization
- Tap the menu icon on the top left corner, then tap Settings.
- Tap Help.
- Tap Email your organization.
- Describe the issue you're experiencing, then tap Send.
Report an issue to OnLocation support
Please reach out to the OnLocation support team if you're having any technical issues or if you have feedback about the app. The types of issues best answered by the team include:
- Problems with auto sign in/out
- Questions about geolocation reporting
- Display or UI issues
To contact your OnLocation Support
- Tap the menu icon on the top left corner, then tap Settings.
- Tap Help.
- Tap Report a problem to OnLocation.
- Enter a subject and describe the issue you're experiencing.
- Select the checkbox to include your app logs, then tap Submit.
