How it works
If your organization has allowed employees to pre-registration visitors, you can invite people to visit with OnLocation Mobile.
When a visitor is invited, they’ll receive an email asking them to complete their visitor profile. The profile includes any questions that your organization has activated for visitor pre-registration. Your front-of-house team will see the guest registered in Sign In/Out Manager.
You can see your list of upcoming visitors anytime in the My Visitors section. You can't edit a visitor in the app. if you need to do this, log into the web application to cancel the visit, or if you don't have a login, ask your front-of-house staff to do it.

Invite a visitor
- Tap the menu icon in the top left corner, then tap My Visitors.
- Tap Invite Visitor.
- Select the location they're visiting.
- Enter their name. If you've registered them before, select their name from the list. Tap Done.
- Enter their organization name.
- Add their email address.
- Select the start and end date and time.
- Click Send.
Once you tap Send, your visitor will receive an invitation to the event, with a link to complete a pre-visit questionnaire.
Delete a visitor
- Tap the menu icon in the top left corner, then tap My Visitors.
- Tap on the visitor, then slide to the left. Tap Delete.
- Tap Delete to confirm.
