Pre-register a visitor on OnLocation Mobile

Invite people to visit your workplace. Available to employees whose organizations allow visitor pre-registration.   

How it works

If your organization has allowed employees to pre-registration visitors, you can invite people to visit with OnLocation Mobile. 

When a visitor is invited, they’ll receive an email asking them to complete their visitor profile. The profile includes any questions that your organization has activated for visitor pre-registration. Your front-of-house team will see the guest registered in Sign In/Out Manager.

You can see your list of upcoming visitors anytime in the My Visitors section. You can't edit a visitor in the app. if you need to do this, log into the web application to cancel the visit, or if you don't have a login, ask your front-of-house staff to do it.

Invite a visitor

  1. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner, then tap My Visitors

  2. Tap Invite Visitor

  3. Select the location they're visiting.

  4. Enter their name. If you've registered them before, select their name from the list. Tap Done.

  5. Enter their organization name.
  6. Add their email address.
  7. Select the start and end date and time. 
  8. Click Send

Once you tap Send, your visitor will receive an invitation to the event, with a link to complete a pre-visit questionnaire.


Delete a visitor

  1. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner, then tap My Visitors

  2. Tap on the visitor, then slide to the left. Tap Delete

  3. Tap Delete to confirm.
