How the support process works
If you have a question while using OnLocation:
- Check the Help Center to see if there is an article that addresses your question.
- If you can't find the answer, click Contact us in the header to contact the team.
- Enter your email address, select a topic, then enter a subject and description of the issue. Click Submit.
- You'll automatically receive an email acknowledging your request. We aim to respond within an hour.
As part of our investigation into your issue, we may need access to your account. The team will have access to your account functions and all data to help resolve any issues.
Please let the team know in your initial email if you approve access to your account; this will help speed up the support process.
