Before your employees can send a WolPass to their pre-registered visitors, the WolPass must be enabled for their location. They will also need to have an active WhosOnLocation account to send a WolPass to pre-registered visitors.
How to Enable Your WolPass
1. Go to Tools > WolPass Management
2. Click the grey Enable button next to the location you want to enable the WolPass for
3. Click Yes in the pop-up to confirm you want to enable the WolPass at the chosen Location.
The WolPass is now enabled and can be sent to pre-registered visitors by any employee with access to WhosOnLocation.
If you want to disable the WolPass, simply click the red Disable button and click Yes in the pop-up.
