Export your community member list

Download a CSV file listing the details of your community members. You need the Community Manager user role to access these settings.

How it works

If you need to view or update your member list, export a CSV file from your communities.

You can update the search filters, so the file includes a particular account status, organization, role assigned, location access, or specific keyword.

The exported file contains the following information for each member: 

System ID Location ID Full name
Email Mobile Number Title
External ID Created At Modified At
Role    

This information will also be exported if your organization uses custom fields, certifications, inductions, or tokens. 

Export your member list

  1. Go to Locations, then select the location from the drop-down list.
  2. Select your community profile.
  3. Click Export Members.

  4. Click Export All. The file will download to your computer.

Next step: If you need to update any of the information, make the changes, then save the file in CSV UTF-8 format. You can upload the file from the communities screen. (Link when article is live)
