Download an induction certificate

Learn how to download the Certificate of Learning after an employee or contractor completes a SCORM Cloud or eLearning course. You need the Administrator user role to view employee profiles or the Contractor Manager user role to view contractor profiles. 

Download an employee induction certificate

  1. Go to Locations, then select the location from the drop-down list.
  2. Select Employees.
  3. Click View next to the employee's name. 
  4. Select Employee Inductions from the left-hand menu.
  5. Click Logs next to the course they passed.

  6. Click Certificate next to their induction record.

  7. The certificate will download as a PDF. Depending on your browser and settings, you may need to confirm it is okay to save the file before it is downloaded.
  8. Click Close. 

Download a contractor induction certificate

  1. Go to Tools > Contractor Manager. 
  2. Click View next to the organization that the contractor is linked to.
  3. Click Members from the left-hand menu.
  4. Click View next to the contractor's name. 
  5. Select Inductions from the left-hand menu.
  6. Click Logs next to the course they passed.

  7. Click Certificate next to their passed induction record.

  8. The certificate will download as a PDF. Depending on your browser and settings, you may need to confirm it is okay to save the file before it is downloaded.
  9. Click Close.
