Set up WolMobile

This article details what you can do in WolMobile, how to log in, add accounts, and configure the security settings.

How it works

WolMobile is a smartphone app for iOS and Android, designed to keep you safe while at work.
It has the following features:

  • Automatic sign in/out – you no longer need to manually sign in for work, and your employer knows who is on-site in the case of an emergency.
  • Instant messages – your employer can communicate work updates or hazards with you quickly.
  • SOS alerts – you can ask for immediate assistance if required.
  • Follow Me – is a safety feature that tracks a user while they're signed in to work. If you’re working at risk, alone, or traveling between sites, your organization may ask you to use this feature.

If you are an employee who visits multiple locations, you can add multiple locations to WolMoible.

If you are a service provider who has multiple clients using WhosOnLocation and WolMobile, you can add multiple organizations and switch between them depending on who you are working for.

Before you start

Make sure you have:

  • A supported mobile device. WolMobile has been designed for iPhones running iOS 10 and above, and Android phones running Android 5.0 and above.
  • Downloaded and added the WolMobile app from the Apple or Google Play store.
  • Received a unique link and code for your location via email or SMS from the Administrator of your WhosOnLocation account.
  • Have your unique code ready for your first log in.
If you have downloaded the app but do not have a link, or have misplaced your code, you can request another one from the login screen by tapping Don’t have a code?

First time you log in

Open the WolMobile app and enter your unique code either automatically via the link or manually.
