From iOS 16, you can add widgets to your lock screen to get information at a glance. We have used this feature to quickly sign you in/out using the OnLocation Mobile widget when on the move.
The widget will now show on your lock screen. Use it the next time you need to quickly sign in/out.
Add the widget to your lock screen
- From the lock screen, touch and hold an empty area until the Customise button appears.
- Tap Customise.
- Select Lock Screen.
- Tap Add Widgets.
- Scroll down the app list, then select OnLocation.
- Tap or drag the widget to add it to the lock screen.
- When you're done, tap the close button.
- Tap Done.
The widget will now show on your lock screen. Use it the next time you need to sign in/out.
Sign in/out with the widget
- To sign in, tap the OnLocation Mobile widget.
- Sign in to your device.
- You will be immediately taken through the sign-in process.
- To sign out, simply tap the widget.
- Sign in to your device.
- You will be signed out.
Remove the widget
- From the lock screen, touch and hold an empty area until the Customise button appears.
- Tap Customise.
- Select Lock Screen.
- Tap the OnLocation Mobile widget.
- Tap the remove widget button (-).
- When you're done, tap the close button.
- Tap Done.
