Download a CSV file listing the details of your contractor members. You need the Contractor Manager user role to access these settings.
How it works
If you need to view or update your member list, export a CSV file from Contractor Manager.
You can update the search filters, so the file includes a particular account status, organization, role assigned, location access, or specific keyword.
The exported file contains the following information for each member:

|Full Name||Extension Number||Organization: Name|
|Job Title||ICE Number||Organization: Location Permissions same as Organization?|
|Primary Email Address||Status of Account||Organization: Location Permission|
|Contractor ID||Permitted On-site From||Organization: Contact Role Types|
|Other Email Address||Status Note|
|Mobile Number||Permitted On-site To|
If your organization uses custom fields, certifications, inductions, or tokens, this information will also be exported. If the member is connected to multiple organizations, the name, location permission and contact role types will be exported for each organization.
Export your member list
- Go to Tools > Contractor Manager.
- Select Members.
- Click Export Members.
- Click Export All. The file will download to your computer.
Next step: If you need to update any of the information, make the changes, then save the file in CSV UTF-8 format. You can upload the file from the Members screen.
