On-site insights dashboard overview

The MRI Onlocation Mobile app's On-site Insights functionality allows users to view and monitor the number of people present at their location, ensuring effective oversight of all attendees.

How it works

The information showing people signed in is sourced from the organization's attendance records within the MRI OnLocation system, including:

  • Real-time data - The app retrieves up-to-date information on individuals signed in at the current location
  • Visitor lists - It combines pre-registered visitors with those who have signed in that day
  • Location-specific records - The data is filtered by the selected location for accurate counts
  • User permissions - Access is based on user account permissions to ensure only authorized personnel can view attendance data
  • Centralized database - All sign-in records are maintained in a centralized database for quick retrieval
Note: You need the Reports or Sign In/Out Manager user role to access this feature.

You can view all signed-in contractors, employees, visitors, and community members if you hold either the Reports or Sign In/Out Manager user roles.

If you are not assigned one of these user roles, you can only see visitors who have selected you as their host, contractors and employees who have also chosen you as their host, or who were pre-registered with you.


Access the on-site insights dashboard

The onsite insights feature is accessible via the OnLocation Mobile app.

To access the onsite insights feature:

  • Sign in to the OnLocation Mobile app
  • Tap the menu (three horizontal lines)
  • Tap On-Site Insights

There are several options available for you to select to populate your list.

  • Location:
    • If you have access to multiple locations > tap the navigation arrow
    • Tap a location
  • People Type:
    • Tap the navigation arrow
    • Select one of the people types from the list - Employees, Contractors or Visitors
  • Tap Confirm

The selected options will be populated. You can tap on a profile for additional information.

  • Tap the back navigation arrow to exit the profile
  • (Optional) Tap another profile to view the information, or
  • Tap the back navigation arrow to return to the reporting area to update your selection
  • Once your options have been selected > tap Confirm

You can repeat the above steps to view profiles.
