Learn how to update your account profile details. You must have the Account Owner role to access these details.
About your account profile
Your account profile contains the main contact details for your organization in your MRI OnLocation account and account-level local date settings.
Note that you cannot edit your organization name in OnLocation. If you need to change this name, contact the OnLocation support team.
Update your account details
To view your account details, go to Tools > Account. You can update the following fields:
- Main Phone Number - The main number used to contact your organization.
- Country - The country where the location or headquarters is based.
- Physical Address - The physical address of your organization. If you have multiple locations, use your headquarters.
- Post/Zip Code - Your location's postcode or zip code.
- State/province - US, AU, Canada only. The state or province the location is located in.
Once you've made your changes, click Next to update the date format for your account.
