Touch/Face ID - Depending on your phone, you can set up fingerprint or facial recognition to unlock your smartphone. If you don’t have a face or fingerprint registered on your smartphone, this will use the phone’s password instead. If you don’t have a password on your smartphone, this option won’t be available.

PIN Code - Set up a 4-digit PIN to unlock the app. If you have both PIN and Touch/Face enabled, you can unlock your app using just Touch/Face, with PIN as a backup if the first fails.

Change PIN Code - Appears if PIN Code setting is enabled. Select this to change your currently enabled PIN.

Require after… - Select how soon after closing the app you want your security settings to prompt. You can add this delay so you can quickly close and re-open the app without going through security settings. The default is set to be required immediately.

Preferences include the following settings:

Access summary

The access summary is a digital ID card you can show to frontline staff to indicate that you meet the site's entry requirements. It displays automatically when you rotate your phone.

Use the switch to stop the access summary from showing automatically when you rotate your phone. You can still access the summary by tapping Access Summary in the app menu.

Scheduling

Scheduling reminders can be enabled and customized to specify when they are sent. Before any scheduled start time, a reminder will be sent corresponding to the selected timeframe.

Schedules are shared with your team by default, based on the scheduling settings for your location. Toggle the switch to stop sharing your schedule with your team.

When auto sign-out occurs, you can choose whether to clear any occupied spaces automatically or keep them and sign out of them manually.

Manage your OnLocation profile in the app or database; changes reflect instantly in both.
