Touch/Face ID - Depending on your phone you will have the ability to set up fingerprint or facial recognition to unlock your smartphone. If you don’t have a face or fingerprint registered on your smartphone, this will use the phone’s password instead. If you don’t have a password on your smartphone, this option won’t be available.

PIN Code - Set up a 4-digit PIN to unlock the app. If you have both PIN and Touch/Face enabled, you will be able to unlock your app using just Touch/Face with PIN acting as a backup in case the first fails.

Change PIN Code - Appears if you have the PIN Code setting enabled. Select this to change your currently enabled PIN.

Require after… - Select how soon after closing the app you want your security settings to prompt. You can add this delay so that you can close and re-open the app quickly without having to go through security settings. The default is set to be required immediately.

Preferences include the following settings:

Access summary

The access summary is a digital ID card that can be shown to frontline staff so they know you have the entry requirements for the site. It displays automatically when you rotate your phone.

Use the switch to stop the access summary showing automatically when you rotate your phone. You can still access the summary by tapping Access Summary in the app menu.

Scheduling

Scheduling reminders can be enabled and customized as to when these are sent. Before any scheduled start time, a reminder will be sent corresponding to the selected timeframe.

Schedules by default are shared with your team, based on the scheduling settings for your location. Toggle the switch to stop sharing your schedule with your team.

When auto sign out occurs, you can choose whether to clear any occupied spaces automatically or to keep the occupied spaces and sign out of these spaces manually.

Manage your OnLocation profile on the app or database—changes reflect instantly in both.
