Add a photo to your employee profile. Any user can add or change a photo in their profile.
It's useful to add your photo to your MRI OnLocation profile so your colleagues can see it while searching for people in your organization.
To add a photo:
- Click on your name at the top-right of the screen.
- Select My Profile.
- Hover over the photo, then select Click to upload a photo. An image must be in JPG, GIF, or PNG. It must be a minimum of 200 x 200 pixels, a maximum of 6000 x 6000 pixels and a maximum file size of 5 MB.
- Drag and drop the photo from your computer, or click select a file, select the photo from your file list, then click Open.
- Click Save & Close.
Your photo will now be displayed in your OnLocation employee profile for other users to see.
After adding a photo, you can manage all the information in your OnLocation profile.
If you have the Administrator user role, you can add photos for other employees. You can do this by updating the employee profile.
