Test your OnPass email template

Learn how to test your OnPass email template before sending it to your visitors. You must have the OnPass Manager user role to access these settings.

Once you've set up your OnPass email template, send a test version of the email to check that the information within it is correct.

To send a test email:

  1. Go to Tools > OnPass Manager.
  2. Click Test Email next to the location. 

  3. Check the email address that you would like to send the test email to. Edit it if required, then click Send. 
  4. Open your email inbox and check that the OnPass contains the required information. Update your settings if required.
