Introduction: Outlook Connect

Use the Outlook Connect integration to automatically pre-register visitors while creating a meeting in the Microsoft Outlook calendar and have users' calendar events automatically synced with OnLocation.

How it works

Connect your Microsoft 365 meeting rooms to your OnLocation locations, so visitors can be pre-registered for the right place when events are scheduled. When an employee sets up an Outlook event and adds external visitors, OnLocation will automatically pre-register them, making visitor arrivals smoother. This includes providing room instructions in the OnPass email and displaying them on the kiosk.

Use the integration

  1. Set up the integration in OnLocation.
  2. (Optional) Set up your visitor pre-registration questions.
  3. (Optional) Enable the OnPass add-on and configure your settings.
  4. Send an Outlook calendar invite.
