If you're a Global Questions Manager, you can share and manage the questionnaires created by location Administrators. Clone a location questionnaire, then activate it across selected locations or location groups.
How it works
Location Administrators have the ability to manage their own sign in/out questions. Any questionnaires that have been created by a location, also show in Global Sign In/Out questions in the Location Questions tab. These questionnaires can be cloned and activated across multiple locations.
Once a questionnaire has been activated across multiple locations, it will:
- Move to the Global Questions tab in Global Sign In/Out Questions.
- No longer be editable in the location's Sign In/Out Questions. Administrators can only clone or deactivate the questionnaire.
Users with the Global Questions Manager have the ability to manage all location-level questionnaires. They can edit, clone, change the activation modes, and remove or archive questionnaires.
Activate a single questionnaire
- Go to Tools > Global Sign In/Out Questions.
- Select the Location Questions tab.
- Click on the questionnaire status, then click Clone to global questions.
- In the Activation mode tab, select the activation modes, then click Next.
