Check why your kiosk logged out

If your sign in/out kiosk has logged out unexpectedly, check the kiosk logs to see if multiple kiosks are using the same credentials. You need the Administrator user role to access kiosk logs. 

To check the kiosk logs:

  1. Go to Locations, then select the location from the drop-down.
  2. Select Sign In/Out Kiosks.
  3. Click the circle next to the kiosk.

  4. Look for a recent event that states: Kiosk logged out due to multiple concurrent logins

Next step: When you log back into your kiosk, make sure you are using credentials that are unique to that kiosk. You can set up as many kiosks and access points as your location needs.
