Set up the SCORM Cloud integration

Learn how to enable the SCORM Cloud integration. You need the Account Owner or IT Support user role to access these settings in MRI OnLocation.

Before you start

Before you can set up the integration, make sure you have:

Enable the integration in OnLocation

Once your SCORM Cloud account is set up and you’ve uploaded your course, you can access 'OnConnect' in two ways to enable the integration:

From the Top Navigation Bar

  1. Click the OnConnect icon in the top-right corner, next to the Favorites icon.
  2. Hover to see the tooltip "OnConnect".
  3. Click to go directly to OnConnect.

From the Account Menu

  1. Go to: Tools > Account.
  2. Select OnConnect from the left-hand menu.
  3. Click MRI Onlocation Integrations.
  4. Locate the SCORM Cloud integration.
  5. Click Learn More.
  6. Click Enable, then click Confirm.

    You will be redirected to the MRI Onlocation Integrations page.
  7. Select Settings.
  8. Enter your SCORM Cloud App ID and Secret Key. These are available in the OnLocation application screen in SCORM Cloud.
  9. To test the connection with your device, click Test Connection. If it’s successful, you’ll see a message that the connection is successful.

  10. Click Save, then click Back to Integrations.
