Transfer the Account Owner user role

There can only be one Account Owner for each WhosOnLocation account. Learn how to transfer this role to another employee in your organization. 

Only the current Account Owner can transfer the role to another user. 

To transfer the role:

  1. Go to Tools > User Roles.

  2. Find the employee who will be assigned the role, then click Manage Roles

  3. Select the checkbox next to Account Owner, then click Assign New Owner to confirm.

  4. Click Assign Roles

The new Account Owner will need to log in to WhosOnLocation again to gain access to the account settings
