Your organization's Contractor Portal is managed by your organization. This means that you choose who has access to it, what they can see and edit, and what terms they must agree to before access is granted.
The Portal Administration area in your WhosOnLocation account is where you configure the settings for your Contractor Portal. There are five sections to set up:
Accessing the portal settings
To access the portal settings, you must have the Contractor Manager (Administrator) user role. Once assigned:
- Go to Tools > Contractor Manager.
- Select Portal Administration from the left-hand menu.
