Pricing plans

Plans are tiered depending on the number of visitor/contractor sign-in/outs, employee sign-in/outs, and SMS credits.
Each time someone signs in or out, it is one movement. An employee records at least two movements each day: when they arrive and when they leave.
Our pricing plans include all features, except for:
- OnSentry
- OnScan
- Desks and spaces add-on
- Extra SMS packs

SMS charges
Each pricing plan contains an SMS allowance. One SMS credit is used for every 160 characters sent in a message. This includes any text in the footer. If your message contains 180 characters, two SMS credits are used.
Once you’ve used the allowance, you can purchase additional SMS credit packs by contacting our Support team. A pack consists of 1000 SMS credits.
SMS charges vary from country to country. The current rates excluding tax are:

All other countries must choose one of the above currencies to be invoiced in.
Types of payment
We accept three forms of payment:
- Credit card
- Direct debit
- Wire transfer (for annual payments only)
When submitting your billing details, confirm if you’d like to pay monthly or annually in advance.
Cancel your subscription
If you sign up for a pricing plan, the term of the agreement is 12 months. You can cancel your subscription with 30 days written notice at any time.
