Enabling the Brivo Integration

Enabling the Brivo integration. You must be the Account Manager or have the IT Support user role assigned to access these settings.

Before you enable your Brivo Integration, you need:

  • A fully configured Brivo account for your locations.
  • A WhosOnLocation account fully configured with the locations, Location Access Control Points (LACP), and all employees entered.

In order to set up your Brivo Integration in WhosOnLocation, you first need to enable the feature.

  1. Go to Tools > Account.
  2. Select Integrations from the left-hand menu.

    You will land on the Available Integrations tab.
    Please Note: Some integrations will be shown as greyed out. These integrations are still in development and not yet available. The reason for showing these is to display some of the Integrations we have in our roadmap.
  3. Click the Brivo icon.

  4. Click Enable.

  5. Click Yes on the confirmation pop-up.

You will be taken to the Enabled Integrations tab where Brivo will now be present.

The next step is to configure the settings of your Brivo Integration and link your Brivo account with WhosOnLocation.
