Enable the Brivo Integration

Before you start 

Before enabling the Brivo integration, configure your MRI OnLocation and Brivo accounts so that they can be seamlessly integrated. To do this:

• Set up locations in OnLocation and Brivo
• Set up access points in OnLocation for each door in Brivo
• Enter all employees and/or contractors in either Brivo or OnLocation

Once set up:

1. Complete a Brivo API form (available from your Brivo reseller)
2. Submit the completed form to brivoapi@brivo.com to get your API Key

Enable the Integration

Now your account is set up, and you have your API Key, you can access 'OnConnect' in two ways to enable the integration:

From the Top Navigation Bar

1. Click the OnConnect icon in the top-right corner, next to the Favorites icon.
2. Hover to see the tooltip "OnConnect".
3. Click to go directly to OnConnect.
   

From the Account Menu

1. Go to Tools > Account.
2. Select OnConnect from the left-hand menu.
3. Click MRI Onlocation Integrations.
4. Locate the Brivo integration.
5. Click Learn More.
   
   
6. Click Enable, then click Confirm
   
   You will be redirected to the MRI Onlocation Integrations page.
7. Select Settings
