Enabling the Brivo Integration

Enabling the Brivo integration. You must be the Account Manager or have the IT Support user role assigned to access these settings.

Before you enable your Brivo Integration, you need:

  • A fully configured Brivo account for your locations.
  • A WhosOnLocation account fully configured with the locations, Location Access Control Points (LACP), and all employees entered.

In order to set up your Brivo Integration in WhosOnLocation, you will first need to our team to enable the feature.

Please contact us at helpdesk@whosonlocation.com when you want to enable your Brivo integration and we will take you through the next steps.

You will be required to fill out a Brivo API form and submit this to BrivoAPI@brivo.com in order to receive your API Key. Once you have this, let us know, and we will enable the integration for you.

The next step is to configure the settings of your Brivo Integration and link your Brivo account with WhosOnLocation.
