Introduction: Employees

WhosOnLocation makes it easy for employees to manage their account and their visitors. Every employee can log in and access the basic employee functions like:

  • Managing their WhosOnLocation profile
  • Manually sign into their location
  • Resetting their password
  • Pre-registering visitors
  • Building their frequent visitor list by CSV import
  • Adding or updating visitor arrival notifications
  • Adding another person to a visitor arrival notification
  • Subscribing to WhosOnLocation communications

To give your employees access to additional WhosOnLocation features, an Administrator can assign them the relevant user roles
