The Questionnaire Manager tool is where you choose the questions you’ll ask your employees, visitors and service providers when they sign into your site. You must be an administrator to access these settings.
Navigating to Questionnaire Manager
The settings in your Questionnaire Manager are managed per location. The settings will automatically be applied to the Sign-In/Out Manager and all Kiosks. However, you can override these settings for individual Kiosks using Kiosk Question Rules.
- Go to Tools > Locations.
- Click View next to your location.
- Select Questionnaire Manager from the left-hand menu.
- Select from either visitors, service providers, employees, or Kiosk custom questions in the tabs running across the top.

Translating your questions
When using the Multi-Language add-on, most text on the Kiosk will be automatically translated.
However, if you’re using custom questions or fields, you’ll need to manually add these translations.
